Donald R. Shannon, 67 of North Syracuse, passed away peacefully on May 31st, 2022. Born Richard Eugene Rainbow Jr. on May 27th, 1955. Rick was later adopted by Donald W. and Dorothy C. Shannon in August 1964.
His is survived by his sons, Jonathan R. Shannon and Ryan P. Shannon, his ex-wife and friend, Julia Cherrier Shannon. There will be no services.
