Donald J. Sauvé, 76, of Phoenix, NY, passed away peacefully Saturday, surrounded by his family. He was an active member of Pope John Paul XXIII Church. Donald retired from New Process Gear with 31 years of dedicated service.
He is survived by his beautiful wife of 43 years, Barbara (Babes), whom he met while performing as a musician; daughters, Kathy (Allen) Bidwell, Katie Sauvé and Amy (Jeffrey) Bidwell; grandchildren, Gabrielle, Dominic and Hannah; brother, Paul Sauvé; several nieces and nephews; and his faithful pet, Pooh Bear.
Services will be Wednesday, 10 AM at Pope John XXIII Church, Liverpool, NY. Burial will follow at Our Lady of Peace Cemetery. Calling hours will be Tuesday (today) from 4-7 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse.
