Donald J. Blake, 83, of Mattydale died Tuesday at home. Born in Watertown, he is a member of Teamsters Local 317 and retired from Interstate Trucking. Donald is an Army Veteran of WWII. He is preceded in death by his wife, Sylvia Sielawa, May 2004.
Survivors include his sister-in-law, Josephine (Howard) Abbey and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be Friday at 2:00 PM at Onondaga County Veterans Memorial Cemetery Chapel with burial to follow. New Comer Family Funeral Home, 705 North Main St., North Syracuse entrusted with arrangements.
