Donald Edward Graves, 82, of Syracuse, died on Saturday at Upstate Hospital.
He was born on November 4, 1931, son of the late William and Dorothy Graves. Donald worked for the City of Syracuse in the Sanitation Dept. At one time he worked at Pastimes Athletic Club, which he enjoyed very much. He also liked fishing.
Surviving are his wife, Ellen, son Joseph (Dorothy) Yager, 4 daughters: Terri (Mike) Spinner, Donna Anderton, Robin (David) Santee, Jane Cast, several grandchildren, including David & Caitlin, along with several great grandchildren and his close friend, Art Fairchild.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 11-1pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse, with services to follow.
