Donald E. Rowe, 87, of Cicero, passed away Tuesday at the VA Medical Center with family at his side. He was a WWII Army veteran and past commander of the Mattydale American Legion. He is predeceased by his son, Bruce and wife, Kathrine.
He is survived by his children, Paulette (Verne) Cypher, Douglas (Sevine), Don (Debbie), Tami (Chris) O'Reilly, Terri (James) Scrimale; 19 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren; and a brother, Robert Rowe.
Services will be Monday, 11 AM at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 North Main Street North Syracuse, New York. Burial will follow at White Chapel Memory Gardens, Dewitt. Calling hours will be Sunday from 2-5 PM, at the funeral home.
Contributions may be made to the Golisano Children's Hospital.
