Don D. Demarzo
June 7, 1939 — April 3, 2017
Don D. DeMarzo, 77, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Monday.
He retired from Syracuse Ladder & Scaffolding after 36 years. Don also served in the US Army. He loved NASCAR, camping, woodworking and model trains. Most of all Don loved spending time with his family.
Don is survived by his devoted wife of nearly 60 years, Marilyn DeMarzo; four children, Debi (Andy) Susco, Don (Cathy) DeMarzo Jr.; Rich (Susan) DeMarzo and Angela (Scott) Gower; 13 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and his four legged companions, Peanut and Deluna.
Visitation will take place Friday, 4-7 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse. A memorial service will follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to any local animal shelter.
