Diane M. Smith, of Cicero, passed away Saturday surrounded by family.
She was born March 17, 1955 in Syracuse to Robert and the late Eloise Kurtz.
Diane was a 1973 graduate of Jamesville-Dewitt High School.
She worked for Mutual of NY and AXA Equitable for 38 years.
She spent a great deal of time at Black Lake, NY with the "Lake Girls." Diane dearly loved her grandchildren.
She is also predeceased by her brother, David Kurtz and her grandparents, "Granny."
Diane is survived by her husband of 39 years, Michael Smith; her sons, Corey (Krystal) Smith and Kyle Smith (Aubree Austin); her grandchildren, Forrest, Layla, Ella and Caleb; her brothers, James and Robert Kurtz and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 4-7pm Wednesday at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Autism Society of America.
