Dennis F. Wolever Sr., 57, of Brewerton, passed away unexpectedly in Atlanta, GA while working for REDC Auction Corp. Born in Oswego, Dennis enjoyed golfing in several area Leagues, outdoor activities and the beach.
He is predeceased by his parents, Arthur and Hazel Wolever; and his brother, George A. Wolever.
Dennis is survived by his loving companion, Noreen E. VanAuken; a son, Dennis F. Wolever Jr.; 4 daughters, Tammy (Mike) Johnson, Jodi (Charles) Warren, Aimee (Rick) Ford, Jennifer (Stephen) Klein; several grandchildren; a sister, Mary (Richard) Syrell; several nieces and nephews; and his extended family, Jody, Julie and Jason Van Auken.
Services will be Thursday, 7 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., North Syracuse. Spring Burial will be in the Pecks Cemetery. Calling Hours will be Thursday from 4-7PM at the funeral home, before services.
Contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to the American Heart Assoc..
