Denine Kochanek Spivey, 44, of Liverpool, was taken by the angels surrounded by her loving family on Saturday when she lost her courageous battle with cancer. Denine will most be remembered for her angelic smile and her gift for making others happy despite any obstacles she faced. She was an avid book reader, Mets Fan, loved her kitties and gardening.
Denine was predeceased by her father Edward F. Kochanek. She is survived by her husband, Warren,parents, Anna (Atkinson Kochanek) and Dan Caiella,sisters Debra (Roger) McCaffrey, Denise (Bev Rizzo) Kochanek, Diane (Pat Campbell) Kochanek, niece Mallory (Eric) Graber and their children Alivia and Logan.
Denine's family would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the many friends and family who have been there for all of us.
Services will be held on Wednesday 10:30 am at Blessed Sacrament Church. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 4-7pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse.
