Delores C. West, 69 of Syracuse passed away Friday at Loretto. Delores worked as a seamstress for the US Government in Philadelphia, PA making uniforms. She was member of God's Way Church of Jesus and Order of Eastern Star
She is survived by her husband, John A. West Jr.; seven sons, Mark, John III, Ronald, Shawn, Lawrence, Martinez, John; one daughter, Andrea; one brother Paul Jr.; two sisters, Nancy and Geraldine; eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren as well as many former foster children.
Services will be held on Thursday at 11 AM in God's Way Church of Jesus, 1800 S. Salina St., Syracuse. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery. Friends are invited to call on Wednesday from 4-7 PM at the church. New Comer Family Funeral Home, North Syracuse entrusted with arrangements.
