Passed away on Saturday, September 23rd, 2023 at age 69.
Debra is survived by her two sons, Patrick (Heather) Winne & James (Hope) Winne, her brother Harwood, her sister Connie; eight grandchildren, Izaac, Shelby, Wayne, Samantha, Wayuhsowe, James Jr., Emily and Liam & three great grandchildren, Jayce, Thaila and Zarah.
Debra is preceded by her parents, Leila & Graudis J. Winne, her sister Laurie and her common law husband of 33 years John Beckwith.
Debbie was greatly loved and will be greatly missed by all.
Family will receive friends and family, Monday, October 9th from 1pm to 3pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 North Main St., Syracuse, N.Y.
