Dawn M. Provost, 66, of Canastota, passed away peacefully on Tuesday at Francis House surrounded by her loving family. Dawn was a very loving person. She took great joy in spending time with her family and friends. She was predeceased by her father, Kenneth Cook.
She is survived by her mother, Marguerite Cook, her fiancée, Robert Groesbeck, her sons, Walter (Jennifer) Provost, Samuel (Tiffany) Provost, grandson, Xander Provost, siblings, Brenda (Nick) Digennaro, Sherry (Rick) Ingison, Kenneth (Alexa) Cook, David (Kathy) Cook, Beverly Emery, along with many nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Friday from 4-7pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., North Syracuse. Burial and services will be private.
Contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to Francis House, 108 Michaels Ave., Syracuse.
