David C. Harp, 72, of Phoenix, NY passed away Tuesday at home. Born in Norwich, NY he was a Security Guard with the Federal Government for many years. David enjoyed hunting. He was predeceased by a son, David Harp Jr. and a brother Donald Harp.
He is survived by his wife, Mary (Woznick) Harp, a stepson; Frank Hinds, two daughters; Luaina Austin and Sally Stearns, a sister; Ione Porter, several grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
There will be no calling hours or services.
