David H. Silbermann, 58, of Baldwinsville, passed away Wednesday unexpectedly. Born in Allentown, PA, he was a member of the Baldwinsville Community Band, Kappa Kappa Psi and Kutztown Graduate Organization of Bands. David worked as a School Psychologist for the Hillside Children's Center and as an instructor at Bryant & Stratton College. He is pre-deceased by his father, O. Leon Silbermann and a brother, Joseph Silbermann.
He is survived by his wife of 19 years, the former, Maria A. Remillard; two daughters, Christina Amanda Silbermann and Justine Claire Silbermann; his mother, Dorothy Silbermann; a brother, Peter (Lisa) Silbermann; two sisters, Patricia (Paul) Haradem and Janet (Charles) Burgermeister; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be Sunday, 3 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse. Calling Hours will be Sunday from 1-3PM at the funeral home, before services.
Contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to the Kutztown University Music Dept. Building Fund or the Baldwinsville Community Band.
