David F. Hurry, Sr., 62, passed away on Tuesday at St. Joseph's Hospital with his loving family by his side. David was the son of the late Daniel Hurry and Jean Hurry.
David was an avid bowler, hunter and golfer. He also was a 49ers Fan, Yankee Fan and SU Fan. Dave retired from Chrysler Corp. after many years of employment and enjoyed spending time with family especially his grandchildren.
He was predeceased by brother, Daniel and sister Deborah.
David is survived by his daughter, Christina Hurry, son, David F. Hurry, Jr., 4 grandchildren; Xavier, Devyn, Destiny & David III, sisters, Donna Procopio, & Denise Mahoney, brother, Donald Hurry, sister-in-law, Kathleen Hurry, along with several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 North Main St., N. Syracuse, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm with services to follow.
