David R. Alger (Cupcake), 72, of Constantia, passed away on Saturday followed by a brief illness.
David was born in Syracuse on May 18, 1944 to the late Leslie and Pauline Alger. David worked for many years as an auto body technician. He enjoyed fishing and had a great love for classic cars.
He is survived by brothers, Paul (Lori) Alger, Damon "Skip" (Kathy) Alger, sister, Donna (Phillip) Hamel, niece, Charlotte Bryant, along with several other nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Monday from 5-7pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse.
