Darlene K. Greco, 78 of Bernhards Bay, NY passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer with her family by her side.
Born on December 9, 1942 in Johnson City, NY to the late Howard Knapp and Elna Bates. She made lifelong friends through Dr. Bedosky's office, the TC Jets, Binghamton Fire Department, snow birding in Florida, and life on Cayuga and Oneida Lakes. She loved flowers, gardening and birds. Stories to be shared later at a Celebration of Life at the family's residence on August 19th, 2021 at 11am.
She is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Joseph; children, Herman (Cheryl) Keiling and Martine (Richard) Murphy; grandchildren, Natalie and Matthew, Madigan, Marlowe, and Maksim and her dog, Vanna White. She was immensely proud of her children and grandchildren and never missed an opportunity to share photos and tell stories.
Many thanks given to Hospice of CNY and to the hundreds of friends who stopped to visit and send cards (which meant the world to her) before her passing.
