Daniel E. Royle, age 90 of Cicero, NY, passed away on Friday, October 23, 2020.
Daniel was predeceased by his loving wife, Ann Royle; and granddaughter, Sarah Fireman.
Daniel is survived by his children, Patricia A. (Richard) Simone, Daniel S. (Dawn) Royle, Deborah (Karl Reiser) Royle, AnnMarie (Mark) Royle Fireman, Joan (Jay Cecero) Royle, Michael Royle, Shaun Royle and Ellen Royle; 22 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Daniel proudly served in the US Coast Guard from 1948 to 1956. He retired from General Electric after 30 years of service.
He was an avid Dodgers fan. Daniel enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, who will be missed by all who loved and knew him.
A mass and Catholic burial will be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at Sacred Heart Church, Route 11, Cicero, NY at 10 am, with a burial to immediately follow in Our Lady of Peace Cemetery, Baldwinsville, NY, where Daniel will be accorded full military honors.
