Daniel G. Schunck, 89, of North Syracuse, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 1st 2015.
Dan served his country in WWII as a member of the US Army as part of the 53rd Armored Infantry.
Daniel is survived by his sons, Thomas (Debra) Schunck, Daniel (JoAnn) Schunck, Stuart Schunck, John Schunck, Christopher (Jean) Schunck; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren and two granddogs.
The family would like to extend their greatest gratitude to the doctors and nurses at Crouse Hospital, 6 South and to the Malta House Pace Program and Care Providers for all they did for Daniel throughout the past three months.
There will be no calling hours or funeral service. A private burial will take place for immediate family only.
