Danial E.Gigon, Sr., 48, of Mattydale passed away on Tuesday at Crouse Hospital. He was born on September 24, 1964 in Syracuse son of Leo and Harriet Kirk. Danial was last employed at Wells Communications, he was a member of the NRA, was an avid hunter and enjoyed fishing.
Surviving are his wife Sue, 2 sons; Danial, Jr. and Scott Pittsley, daughter, Jerri-Ann Al-Manthri, parents, Leo & Harriet, sister, Sherri (William) Staring, 6 grandchildren; Arie-Anna, Zakaraya, Mya, Scott, Jr., Julie-Ana & Danial, III, along with many nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 2-4 & 6-8pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., North Syracuse. Services will be held on Wednesday 10 am at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
