Dan Ritter

Dan Ritter, 86, of Bernhards Bay, NY went home to be with his Lord and Savior on October 27, 2024. 

Dan was a truck driver for 30 years. He was an avid NASCAR and the NY Yankees. He loved dirt car racing, outdoor sports and hunting. He faithfully attended Abundant Life Church of Camden and Bethel Community Fellowship of Cleveland, NY. He was proud of his position as a commander with Royal Rangers ministry for boys, loved the word of God and was a faithful prayer warrior. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. 

 Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 42 years, Brenda Ritter; children, Danny Ritter, Michele (Roy) Knickerbocker, Randy (Meri-k) Ritter, Sandy Regan, Annmarie Palmer, and Janet Orr; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Rose Ritter, Jane Draper; brothers in law, Phil and Andy MacCue; niece, Dottie and nephews, Billy Ritter and Eric Manor. 

 He was predeceased by his parents and his brother, William Ritter. 

 Visitation will take place on Sunday from 1-3 PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, N. Syracuse. Service to follow at 3 PM. Burial will be private in Hillside Cemetery. 

 In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Bethel Community Fellowship.
