Dan Blanchard

Irving "Dan" Blanchard, 66, of Syracuse, passed away on Thursday September 28, 2023 at Upstate University Hospital, surrounded by loving family. Dan was born in Syracuse on October 21, 1956 son of the late Irving and Beverly Blanchard. He retired from Community General Hospital. Dan enjoyed music and classic cars.

He was predeceased by his 2 brothers, David Blanchard and Leonard Blanchard.

He is survived by his loving wife, Pamela Blanchard, 2 daughters, Melissa (Travis) Burton, Allison Blanchard, 4 grandchildren, Wyatt Burton, Charlotte Burton, Rhett Burton, Lila Edwards, 2 sisters Susan (Bill) Carr, Lisa Blanchard, along with several nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held on Friday from 4-7pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse.

Donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
