Dale Baker

Dale Baker, 63, of Cicero, passed away November 2, 2020. Dale was born on November 4, 1956 in Allentown, PA to Dale and Margaret Baker.

Dale graduated from Bangor High School in 1974 where he played basketball. He studied Business Administration at The State University of PA at Bloomsburg and graduated in 1978, where he was a proud member of Lamda Chi Alpha fraternity.

Dale was an avid fan of the NY Giants, NASCAR, and SU sports. He enjoyed politics, reading, gardening, caring for pets, sharing his vast breadth of knowledge, and spending time with family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Robert. Dale is survived by his daughter, Michael Ann Baker, brother, David (Kris Ann) Baker, sisters, Jo Ann Sheesley and Carol (Don) Wilderotter, best friend, Barbara Baker, step-daughters, Sara (Jacob) Jeneault and Patricia (Eric) Walker, grandchildren, Austin, Hope, Kennedy, Storm, Mia, Sophia, Grace, and Eddie, several nieces and nephews, and friends he considered family.

Calling hours are Saturday from 12-2pm with a service to follow at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N Main St. North Syracuse 13212.

Gathering size within our chapels will be based on the most current NYS occupancy requirements.

Masks are required and social distancing is to be observed inside and outside of our chapels.
