Cynthia was born in Syracuse, New York on August 30, 1958 to Richard and Virginia Harris.
Cindy graduated from ESM High School in 1976. She then worked for Powers Accounting for 7 years.
She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Harris and a brother, Scott Harris.
She is survived by her mother, Virginia; brothers, David Harris and Stephen (Barbara) Harris; sister-in-law, Sophie Harris; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services and burial will be private.
