Cornelia Jane Adams was gifted from God to Lottie and Finest Adams on December 27, 1962.
She was the youngest child and only daughter among four brothers. Cornelia "Nia" passed away suddenly on February 25, 2016 at St. Joseph's Hospital from an illness diagnosed in 2009.
She leaves behind to celebrate her life; her beloved mother Lottie Adams; her father Finest Adams predeceased her in February 2012. She also leaves to celebrate her life, her brothers; and the women they loved who became her sisters; Greg (Ella), Steve (Veronica), Sherm and Philip (Brenda), and not to forget her are two of her many special friends; Denice Copes-Banks and Sybell Lentini, To share her memories she leaves her nieces; Tiffany, Courtney, Chelsey and April; her nephew Rashawn and many great nieces and nephews. She also says goodbye to the many cousins, aunts and uncles who impacted her life.
She also leaves behind the many members of her church at Syracuse International Christian Church; Minister Anthony Franklin, who she loved dearly as her second family. Nia attended Bishop Grimes High School and went on to attend Onondaga Community College where she earned her Associates Degree. She eventually procured a job as a Technical Assistant-MP at Liberty Mutual where she worked for 19 years. Rest of the wings of eagles sweet sister, daughter and friend, we will love you forever, even at your life's end.
