Clint C. Smith was chosen to be with Jesus on January 27, 2023. Clint was born February 14, 1959 in Rochester, NY to Karl and Sue Smith. The family moved to Marcellus, NY where he would go on to graduate from Marcellus High School. He was a pastor, leader and family member at Believers Chapel, where he served God with his entire being. He was employed by the Skaneateles Bus Garage and owned and operated his own construction company with his wife. He then was employed and cherished by Marty and Amanda Cregg for much of the last 20 plus years, also spending time with the Skaneateles Polo Association. He spent much of his time cherishing his wife, Teresa (Poormon) for over 28 years. He adored his Lois, his children, his grand babies, his family, and every soul he met. He had so many special friends that he would need to check on daily, many of whom were also his "family." He would give you, and has given, the shirt off of his back. He was a man of God, a noble, caring, gentle, hardworking and loving man. He loved hard and played even harder. He was a light on this earth.
Clint was predeceased by his father Karl and father in law Ben.
To carry on his memory he leaves, his wife and best friend, Teresa; his children, Ashley, Tara (Jamie), Stephen (Kristin), and Stephanie (Tim); 14 grandchildren; his mother, Sue; his sisters, Melody, Penny (Bill), Jeri-Marie (Charlie) and Erin (Doug); his in-laws, the Poormon family; many nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephew; so many friends who are family, and his number one girl, Lois, his baby, his sidekick.
It's all about the memories. God bless and amen? Amen.
It's never goodbye, always see you later.
