Claudette L. "Honeybee" Linney, 70, of Liverpool, passed away September 3, 2021.

Claudette was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on September 7, 1950 to the late Claude Washington Linney and Dorothy Duncan Linney.

Claudette retired from Crucible Specialty Metals in Solvay after 31 years. She loved cooking and spending time with her family, traveling, and being a mom. Claudette was a member of several bowling leagues and was a part of the CB 10-8 Modulator known as Honeybee. She was a shop stewardess for the United Steel Workers Union for 31 years. She was a plant lady and loved her flowers and garden.

Claudette was a strong, hardworking, independent women and devoted, loving mother. She was also a devoted friend and mentor to all she came in contact with.

Most importantly she loved to cut up, have a good time, and was an avid shopper. She will truly be missed by many but loved forever. Claudette is survived by her children, grandchildren, siblings, and many friends and extended family.

Calling hours will be held Friday, September 17, 2021 from 2-3PM with a service to follow at 3PM.
