Clara J. Bio-Stringer-Kleingardner, 84, of E. Syracuse, passed away on Sunday at St. Joseph's Hospital followed by a brief illness.
She was born on March 8, 1928 in Carbondale, PA, daughter of Salvatore and Ada Bio. Clara at one time worked at UPS in Syracuse and she worked at Praithers in Fort Myers, FL. She enjoyed painting, crocheting, doing crossword puzzles, arts & crafts.
She was predeceased by a daughter, Carol Stringer, by a granddaughter, Rachael Jenkins, and her former husbands, Edward Stringer & Robert Kleingardner.
She is survived by 4 daughters; Patricia (Gary) Marick, Pauline Stringer-Hunter, Mary Ann (Steven) Matt, Nancy Stringer-Jenkins, 9 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandson, 2 sisters, Lena Bio and Lonnie Reed along with several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours.
