Christopher John Jennings, 46, of Syracuse, passed away on Tuesday. He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion 1832, the Shriner Clown Unit, VFW Post 7290 and member of the Harmony Katz of CNY. He was a volunteer for Sunshine Horses, SPCA and the VA Medical Center.
Christopher is survived by his mother, Beverly Martin; brother, Alexander (Becky) Strauts, Jr.; nephews, Alexander James, Jason, Dylan and Logan and a niece, Viara.
Calling hours will be Sunday 1-4PM at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse. Mass will be Monday 9AM at St. Daniel's Church , 3004 Court St., Syracuse with burial to follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Food Bank of CNY, 7066 Interstate Island Road, Syracuse, NY 13209.
