Christine Marie Knighton, of Pennellville, passed away Monday.
Graduate of Central Square High School. She was involved in track & field as a sprinter and also cross-country.
Christine went on for one year of college to SUNY Cobleskill.
She was also a longtime employee of Walmart in Cicero, most recently working in the Pharmacy Department.
Christine loved to read and loved her animals.
She was predeceased by her sister, Jennifer and her grandparents, Everett and Martha Knighton.
She is survived by her parents, James and Erin Knighton; her sisters, Sarah and Hannah; and a niece Alaina; her grandfather, Marshall Norton; her uncles, Scott (Cindy) and Fred (Amy) Norton; her cousin, Sherrelle; two aunts and one uncle and her fiancé, Christopher J. Hayden.
Visitation will be 4-7pm Mon. at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse. Funeral Service will be 12:00pm on Tues., also at the funeral home. Burial Evergreen Cemetery, Cazenovia.
