Cheryl A. Gallipaeu-Traver, 54, of Fayetteville, NY passed away Wednesday at Upstate Hospital with family at her side. She worked for Upstate Hospital for 28 years in various departments. Cheryl loved gardening and especially her grand-daughter, Madeleine.
She is survived by her husband of 7 years, Ron Traver; three sons, Robert (Melody), George and Jason (John Reite) Gallipeau; sister, Nancy (Bob) Michaels and other siblings; "adopted son", Chris Gagnon.
Calling hours will be Sunday from 10AM-12PM and 2 PM- 4PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse. Services will follow at 4PM at the funeral home. Burial will be private.
Contributions may be made to the Upstate Regional Oncology Center.
