Charles R. Ward, 91, was ushered into God's presence on Saturday. Charles was an avid bowler, a community photographer, a huge NY Mets fan, and a retiree of General Motors after 30 years.
He was preceded in death by his sister Alberta Ward Kay and stepson Jackie M. Burns.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his loving daughter Denise Ward and his loving son Wendell (Angie) Ward, two stepsons Harold Burns and Ronnie Burns, Five grandchildren Tremayne Jones, Ishmael Jones, Shamecca Ward, Denzel Jackson, and Tiffany Ward, Also nine great-grandchildren. And a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
Calling hours will be held on Saturday from 11-1pm at Christ Cultivating Church, So. Salina St. Nedrow, NY, with services to follow at the church.
