Charles B. Dougherty, Jr., 76, of Syracuse, passed away on Wednesday, June 3rd. He served in the United States Army. Charles was a self-employed painter and then went onto work at Castle Rest Nursing Home until his retirement.
He is survived by his wife, Zainab; sister, Lana Sheldon; son, Robert Rice and grandson, Robert C. Rice.
