Charles M. Chiasson, 66 of Liverpool, passed away on Friday, October 29, 2021 surrounded by his loving family. Born on November 9th, 1954 in Syracuse to the late Charles and Pat Chiasson. Predeceased by his nephew ,Greg Doster.
Chuck graduated from LeMoyne College where he met his wife Elaine. He was self taught in computer networking and sales for 20 years. Chuck enjoyed many activities with his son Brian. He coached Saturday morning and CYO basketball at St. Margaret's Church. He was a cub scout leader in both Mattydale and Liverpool. He coached Liverpool Little League and Babe Ruth. Chuck loved music, chess, vacations to Florida, Netflix and spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Elaine; son, Brian (Kelly Lambert-Rozyczko) Chiasson; sisters, Carrie (Gerry) Abbott and Cheryl (Peter) Doster; special in-laws. Michael (Barbara) Riley and their family; Wayne (Kate) Bowser and family, many nieces, nephews and cousins. His feline companion and friend, Slick.
Calling hours will take place at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse on Wednesday, November 3rd from 4-7pm. Catholic Mass will be celebrated at St. Margaret's Catholic Church on Thursday, November 4th at 10am. Burial will follow at Our Lady of Peace Cemetery, Baldwinsville.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Francis House or the Food Bank CNY. The family would like to thank the staff at Crouse Hospital ICU for the wonderful care that Chuck received.
