Cecelia G. Hudzina
September 23, 2015
Cecelia G. "Babci" Hudzina, 89, of Liverpool, passed away peacefully on Wednesday surrounded by her loving family.
She was a hardworking woman who retired from Killian's factory after many years. Babci was a devoted Mother, Sister, Aunt, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother and Friend to all she came in contact with.
She loved to read, do crossword puzzles, bake, spend time with loved ones where she would watch as activities happened in front of her eyes and if you were lucky a "one line zinger" would come out of her mouth and have everyone in stitches. Her family is comforted knowing that God welcomed an Angel and a part of their hearts went on with her.
She was predeceased by her husband of over 50 years, Stephen.
Babci is survived by a son, John (Connie) Hudzina; daughter, Carol (Skeeter) Kinahan; 2 sisters, Mary Wojtalewski and Regina Rhode; a brother, Matthew Wojtalewski; grandchildren, John, Stephen, Daniel, Kelly and Stacey; great-grandchildren, Alex, Jacob, Nathan, Sara and Alyssa and pup, Rielly.
Calling hours will be Monday 8AM-10AM at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse. A funeral mass will be Monday 12PM at Sacred Heart Church, Cicero.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
