June 14, 1957 — February 7, 2024
Cathy A. Phelps, 66, of Syracuse, passed away on Wednesday, February 7, 2024. She was born in Syracuse, NY to the late Louise and John Dolce. She was a devoted mother and grandmother. Cathy loved owls, crossword puzzles and playing cards with her friends.
Cathy was predeceased by a sister, Sandra Tarson.
She is survived by her significant other, Tim Challis; children, Nyka and Chad Phelps; grandchildren, Derek, Mateo, Lucas and Margo; brother, Chris (Nancy) Dolce and many nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, February 13th 4-5:30 pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals in North Syracuse with a service to follow at 5:30pm.
