Carolyn P. Weninger, 75, of N. Syracuse, passed away on Friday at home with her family by her side. She was born November 26, 1936 in Antwerp, NY daughter of Fredrick Reome and Pearl Townsend. On November 28, 1959 she married George Weninger in Watertown, NY. She was one of Jehovah's Witnesses who loved to read the bible, was very active in the ministry and loved garage sales.
Surviving are her husband George of 52 years, 2 daughters, Cynthia (Keith) Thrasher, Rebecca Metcalf, her only grandson, Wren Metcalf, 3 sisters; Gladys Pharoah, Madolyn Sackett and Millie Garceau.
Services will be held on Saturday the 18th at 3pm at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 7332 Buckley Rd., N. Syracuse, NY 13212.
Contributions may be made to Jehovah's Witnesses or to Hospice of CNY.
