Carol "Linda" Dodge Colabufo lost her battle with breat cancer on Saturday, January 22, 2011 at Francis House. She was the daughter of the late John R. and Louise Dodge. She was a life-long resident of the Syracuse area. "Linda" worked most recently at Geddes Bakery and Barry's Tavern. Linda had a deep love for her many nieces and nephews, who adored her. She was an avid animal lover, especially of her dogs, Sammi and Bufo. Linda was predeceased by her loving husband, John.

She is survived by her siblings, Dick Dodge (Ann Wood), Bob (Sue) Dodge, John (Marie) Dodge, Ginny Longo, Cindy (Bob) Keyes, Jessie (Jim) Carr, Ed (Mary) Dodge, Karen "Suzie" Juszek (Jim Dooley), Jim (Debbie) Dodge and Pam Dodge; and many nieces, nephews, great and great- great nieces and nephews.

Services are Thursday 4 p.m. at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., North Syracuse. Calling Hours will be Thursday from 2-4 p.m. at the funeral home, before the services.

In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated for Francis House or Hospice of CNY.
