Carmen A. Libertone Jr., 74, of Syracuse, passed away December 31, 2023, Carmen was born in Syracuse, New York on September 24, 1949 to the late Carmen and Nora Libertone.
A U.S. Air Force Veteran, Carmen went on to work for Blue Cross Blue Shield for many years. In his free time, he enjoyed watching movies, tv game shows and spreading his knowledge. He also enjoyed spending time making friends, eating food and watching movies at the Peace Inc. Senior Center on Midler Ave.
He was predeceased by his Parents and his Sister, Mary Catherine Libertone and Sister-in-law, Lani Libertone.
He is survived by Brothers, Michael (Merelee) Libertone and David F. Libertone; Niece, Amberlee (Ali) Libertone-Robinson and Nephews, Michael (Catherine Spinks) Libertone II; Great Nieces and Nephews, Amari, Antoine, Devon, Aliyah, Nova, Kingstyn and Giovanni.
Visitation will be held from 4-7 pm on Tuesday, January 9th. A funeral service will follow at 7 pm. Burial will be held on Wednesday, January 10th at 11 am in Onondaga County Veteran's Memorial Cemetery.
