Carmen Joseph Arno Jr.

Carmen Joseph Arno, 79, of Cathedral City CA, passed away January 14, 2024. Carmen was born in Syracuse on May 16, 1944 to Carmen and Rose Arno.

Carmen was self-employed as an accountant. Carmen was instrumental in the starting of the employee leasing business. He enjoyed traveling to various parts of the country. He especially enjoyed coming back to Syracuse to spend time with family.

Carmen received a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Orion College. He also served in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Enterprise.

Carmen was preceded in death by Father, Carmen J. Arno, Sr.; Mother, Rose Arno; Sister, Kathleen Tarbell.

Carmen is survived by Husband, Pongsak Thochaikham Arno, Son, Michael (Kathy) Arno; Grandson, Eric Arno; Two Sisters, Rosemary Arno, Joanne (Gary) Dailey; Many Nieces and Nephews, many great and great-great Nieces and Nephews.

Family and friends may call on Saturday, March 23, 2024 from 11:00am - 1:00pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, North Syracuse where funeral services will be held Saturday at 1:00pm.
