Carmela L. Manzare

Carmela L. Manzare, 87, of North Syracuse passed away after a brief illness on March 7, 2023 with family by her side. She was born in Monessen, PA on March 12, 1935.
Carmela retired from the Army Corp of Engineers in Buffalo, NY where she worked in the Personnel Office. Carmela loved baking and cooking for her family. She made ornaments every year for her family to celebrate Christmas in July. She was also a member of the Red Hat Ladies. Carmela was a loving grandmother to her 12 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her Husband, Ralph J. Manzare; and Parents, James and Elizabeth Lipari.
Carmela is survived by her Children, Lawrence (Leigh) Manzare, James (Maria) Manzare, Lisa (Larry Sr.) Ogorchock and Joseph (Diane) Manzare; 12 Grandchildren; 18 Great-Grandchildren; Siblings, Rosalie Price, Mario Lipari and James Lipari; and Many Nieces and Nephews.
A service will be held on July 7, 2023 at 5:00 pm.
