Carlton E. Zech, 68, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday. He was employed by CSX Railroad for 39 years. Carl always cared for his friends and family and would always put them first. He was also an avid Syracuse sports fan as well as Auburn University, AL.
Carlton is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Marianne. He is also survived by 2 sons, Wade (Natasha) Zech, Wesley (April) Zech; 2 daughters, Wendy (Christian) Adolf, Whitney Zech; 2 sisters, Sharon (Edward) Waldren, Judy (Terry) Kain and 4 grandchildren, William, Avery, Watson, and Winter.
Calling hours will be Tuesday, 4-7 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, North Syracuse. Services will be Wednesday, 9:30 AM at Sacred Heart Church in Cicero. Burial will take place in North Syracuse Cemetery.
