Candace L. Phillips, 63, of Syracuse, passed away Wednesday, after a short illness. She is predeceased by her father, Edward Phillips, sister, BettySue; and brother, David.
She is survived by her mother, Marguerite Phillips; two sisters, Jo Ann Phillips and Terri Desimone; several nieces and nephews; and many special friends.
In keeping with Candace's request, there will be no calling hours or services.
Candace's family would like to thank Dr. Laura Martin and her staff and SOVAC, and the Central Square Fire Dept for their compassion and care.
