Burtsul J. Hatter, 79 of Syracuse, NY, passed away peacefully at home. Born on May 5th, 1942 in Syracuse to the late Carlton and Genevieve Hatter.
He was a man of many trades, a Spirit Walker and lived the old ways of Mohawks.
He is survived by his domestic partner of 16 years, Nancy Miller; children, Burtsul Hatter, Brandon Hatter, Michael Gorman, Benjamin DeLee; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Calling hours will take place at New Comer Cremations & Funerals on Saturday, October 2nd from 2-4pm. Services will follow at 4pm.
