Bruce W. Redfield

Bruce W. Redfield, 87, of Liverpool, passed away May 1, 2023. Bruce was born in Syracuse, New York on December 23, 1935 to the late Harold and Leah Redfield.

Bruce worked at several car dealers as body and fender repair and manager of many body shops. His last job was as a car insurance adjuster. He was always a hard worker and worked until he was 75 years old. In his free time, he enjoyed boating on Oneida Lake with family and friends.

Bruce is survived by his Wife of 67 years, Carol A. Redfield; Daughter, Tari L. (Kazuaki) Otabara; Two Sons, Bruce "Kip" (Patti) Redfield, Todd C. (Leslie) Redfield; Grandchildren, Alexander (Sharon) Redfield, Tyler (Allisandra) Otabara, Erin Redfield, Jody (Jerbrel) Bowens, Jill (Nick) Scarson, Allison (Steven) Maw; Great-Grandchildren, Benjamin, Jameson, Christopher, Josephine, Julia, Barrett; and Many Dear Friends.

Family and friends may call on Saturday, May 20, 2023 from 10:00 am -12:00 pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals - North Syracuse, 705 N. Main St, Syracuse, where funeral services will be held Saturday at 12:00 pm with Jefferson Niles officiating. Interment at North Syracuse Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family recommends donations to the ASPCA or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
