Bruce Edward Hurst, 59, of Cicero passed away Tuesday at his home. A life resident of the Syracuse area he was a Toolmaker with Welch Allyn. Bruce was a member of the NRA and a local Rod & Gun Club. He enjoyed racing, race cars, model building and showing cats.
Surviving are his wife; Beverly (Snow) Hurst, sons; Daniel (Patience) Hurst, Michael (Cindy) Sargeant, daughters; Laurie Sargeant-Groover, Christine Sargeant-Woods and 10 Grandchildren.
Bruce's final wishes will be respected and services will be private at the convenience of the family. Burial will take place in Jamesville Cemetery.
Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society and/or Hospice of Central New York.
