Bruce E. Beaudin, 75, of Liverpool, peacefully entered eternity on November 22, 2024.
Born in Syracuse, NY on August 22, 1949, Bruce remained a lifetime resident of Central NY, graduating from North Syracuse High School in 1967 and later, raising a family in Liverpool. He enjoyed outdoor activities, especially running, biking and golfing, relishing any opportunity to get out to a golf course and practice his swing.
Bruce was employed by Cooper-Crouse Hinds for 33 years and Raymour and Flanigan for over a decade. He was also a member of Toastmaster's International, winning several awards for his clever and humorous speeches. Bruce attended, and was a member of, North Syracuse Baptist Church for over 15 years.
Bruce was a true lover of life. He approached challenging situations with positivity and light-heartedness, never taking life too seriously and encouraging others to do the same. He had quick wit, infectious sense of humor and easygoing nature: a rare combination of qualities that made him a natural "people person" who was able to strike up a conversation with anyone.
Bruce was predeceased by his parents, Ernest and Edith Beaudin; half-brother, Don Wilson and half-sister, Phyllis Ball.
He is survived by three children, Eric (Nicole), Danielle (Brian) Harvey and Steve; five grandchildren, Jackson, Levi and Charlotte Beaudin, and Amelia and Theodore Harvey. Bruce is also survived by the mother of his children, Anne Beaudin, to whom he was married for 35 years. Bruce had a special bond with his sister, Annie McKaig, who he also leaves behind, along with sister, Michele; brother, Marc; a niece and two nephews.
There will be no calling hours and services will be held privately. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
