Brenda L. Meier, 61, of Syracuse, passed away on Monday suddenly. She was born on November 27, 1951 in Syracuse, daughter of Carl and Edna Hunter. Brenda enjoyed sewing, crocheting, knitting quilts for her family, spending time with her grandchildren, playing her computer games and her pets. She was predeceased by her Parents,and brother Peter Hunter.
Surviving are her husband, Bill of 40 years, 2 sons: Steve & Scott, 4 grandchildren: Danny, Ryan, Charlie & Jazmin, 2 brothers: Leo (Laurie) Hunter, Ronald Hunter, 2 sisters: Jan Fay & Lila Casey, along with several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Friday from 5-8pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., North Syracuse, with services to follow.
Contributions may be made to Hospice of CNY.
