Bonnie M. Forgar, 71, of Syracuse, passed away October 22, 2023. Bonnie was born in Syracuse, New York on June 28, 1952 to Charles Forgar and Ellen Peggy Emm. She enjoyed playing bingo, fishing and spending quality time with loved ones, especially Tarri Wise and Charlie Forgar. Bonnie never missed a Benny Mardones concert, a love she shared with her best friend, Joanne.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Peggy Heiser; brother, Gary Heiser and Chuck Forgar; and parents, Charles F. Forgar and Ellen Peggy Emm.
Bonnie leaves behind her children, Tammy Dalley Moon, Ben Horn III, Rick L. Horn, and Carrie Douglas; siblings, Marsha Dalley, Brenda Schroeder, George Heiser, Anna Heiser, Micki Pauley and Cissy Bennett; her beloved cat, Bootsie; and many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, June 28, 2024. Details are to be determined at a later date.
