Billy R. Oliver, 69 of Baldwinsville, NY, passed away on December 8th, 2021. Born on February 26th, 1952 to the late William and Betty Oliver.
He proudly served his country for 22 years in the U.S. Navy from during the Vietnam War. When he left the Navy he went on to mainly work in Warehouse Management, college, and several other jobs. At one point even went to college full time while working 2 jobs.
He loved all kinds of music and spending time with nature. With the help of his wife, Lucienne Oliver, they raised 2 sons, Mark (Angel) Dallemagne and Ron (Jessica) Oliver. He is survived by his wife, sons, 2 sisters and family.
Anyone that knew my father, knew his sense of humor was found in about 99% of what came out of his mouth. Which was non-stop at times. This will be greatly missed by all I'm sure.
